1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Karmel AI service, website, or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Karmel AI provides done-for-you AI-powered lead generation, follow-up automation, listing intelligence, and CRM pipeline automation services for real estate professionals. The specific scope of services is defined in your individual service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when onboarding, grant necessary access to relevant platforms, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, workflows, and intellectual property developed by Karmel AI remain the property of Karmel AI. Client-specific data and content remain the property of the client.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
6. Limitation of Liability
Karmel AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding any claim.
7. No Lock-In
Karmel AI does not enforce long-term lock-in contracts. Service agreements detail the notice period required to discontinue services. We are committed to earning your continued engagement through results.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
